He has led his team at Pfizer through some of the most difficult situations like the Asian crisis and was able to influence favorably with negotiations that seemed impossible.
Hocine is now a resident of the United Arab Emirates and owns a company that advises about product and company acquisition. Bio-nAbler founded by Hocine Sidi Said partners with Sovereign Wealth funds and also Private Equity Firms across MENA and the Asia region. An additional Director at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, he is also an active contributor that took up initiatives for particularly affected communities.

When the Tsunami struck in Asia, many people lost their lives and many were rendered homeless. Hocine Sidi Said wanted to do whatever was possible in his own way and decided to help settle a colony of 50 fishermen in Sri Lanka during his tenure with Pfizer as the Country Manager.
